We take complaints incredibly seriously here at Rombalds Radio.
If your complaint is in relation to a competition or promotion, please ensure that you have read and understood our full terms and conditions before proceeding with your complaint.
If you have a complaint about something you’ve heard on Rombalds Radio or read on our website in the first instance you should contact Stuart Clarkson, our Content Manager, by emailing stuart@rombaldsradio.com

We will always aim to get back to you within 24 hours to let you know how we plan to deal with your complaint. We aim to provide a full response to your complaint, including details of any action taken as a result, within 20 working days.
